So many, especially women, are afraid of anger. The new age toxic feel good industry sells shame and guilt about feeling anger. People attempting to emulate what they have read about Buddhism and other Eastern paths suppress their anger in an attempt to "behave" as they think an "enlightened" being would behave. The reality is, anger disappears on its own when you are able to feel your feelings, be honest with your Self and others and have a Spiritual Practice whereby you allow yourself to be taught and guided by Spirit, by a Source higher than your human mind.

When you suppress your true feelings in an attempt to appear or appear to behave as a more "enlightened" or cool being, you will use passive aggressive behaviors, usually without consciousness about your choices because you are so busy suppressing your undesirable emotion of anger. Your intuition will be so blocked and distracted you will make poor choices based on avoiding anger rather than being able to accurately read and react to a situation. You will also experience health issues as repressing anger stresses your immune system and your autonomic nervous system.

This workshop, like many at Life Path Healings will feel a bit risky as this is experiential learning. Working with role plays we will explore each person's reactions (or lack of) to anger.  You will also be taken through a series of meditative and energetic exercises to learn how to feel and embrace your anger and learn how to channel it into healing energies for your Self. As you heal, grow stronger and healthier, and become a more honest and authentic person, so will all those around you.
