We are changing the name from Shadow Work to TALKING CIRCLE.

We have changed the evening based on request. Everything is staying the same. There is a one page handout regarding protocol and behaviors. It is a group for sharing whatever is on your mind regarding your life, your emotions, your personal and Spiritual development.  We ask you speak from the "I" voice, not we, or you, or us. There is no crosstalk. It is a Sacred Shamanic Circle meant to be a safe place for everyone to share to others. Participants are there to witness and to support with energy not words. If you need to have a conversation, get a phone number and call each other outside of the group time. This is based on the 12-step model.

The name has been changed because too many people interpreted Shadow Work as pain sharing.  Talking Circle will hopefully encourages the sharing of any material important and relevant to your life, your growth and your Spiritual Path.

This group is open to people who regularly work with or attend classes etc. at Life Path Healings. Carrie is currently Facilitator. If someone else wants that position, please contact Dr. Marie. Her role is simply to launch the meeting. Each meeting has a different Leader who volunteers. All of this is explained in the 1 page hand out. If you do not have it, please request it from Carrie. 

If there are ever ANY issues with the group, its members or proceedings, please contact Dr. Marie. Err on the side of being over concerned. The Facilitator has no "power". S/he is there to set up the meeting.

There is a special conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn this solstice that has not occurred for over 400 years. We will be taking advantage of this energy.

The Wounded Vulnerable Narcissist Many people are very self-critical and most, while acknowledging   they might indeed feel this way “sometimes”,   seem to be reluctant to do any work on these feelings or behaviors, other than “being positive” about themselves. And usually this means that “being positive” is the generic feel good kind of “thing” rather than being specific and realistic. Generic feel good statements (given either through self –talk or as complements from friends and new age teachers) are really not useful other than a quick hit of feel good emotions and perhaps as a distraction from some current uncomfortable emotions or challenges.
