How to do the Work

There is no "one way" to do "the work". If your way isn't working, try something else. How do you know if something is working? You need to monitor and track your changes (or lack of). If you cannot note SPECIFIC changes, I suggest you try another method, another way.

Generic statements, broad sweeping statements such as I feel better..... or....I am doing "more" "self-care" (How much more? Compared to when? What specific self care are you doing? When did you do it? What changes did it make? How do you know that? etc.) are sure signs that you are NOT doing the work.

Change, growth, is noticeable, and specific and even measureable.
